___ I understand that Blackstone Adventures has specific policies and standards relating to member conduct, customer service, product or service quality and that those policies and standards emphasize excellence, teamwork, cooperation, respect for the communities in which we work as well as the travelers and respect for the natural environment and historic significance of the region. I agree to observe and continue to abide by those standards of excellence. If any concern arises that affects the relationship between traveler and business, business to Blackstone Adventures or traveler to Blackstone Adventures, we request that Form #Complaint be filled out and submitted to Blackstone Adventures within three business days.
